We love incorporating plant-based meals into our weekly routine. Sometimes it is so hard to find new ways to prepare fruits and veggies so we’ve compiled a list of bloggers who inspire us to eat green and skip meat for a day (as much as we love to BBQ!) For those of you that are vegan / vegetarian, these blogs are great resources to find new recipes that are specially prepared for you. Meat-eaters out there, get inspired by these blogs and try eating plant based for a day. You won’t regret it.
Why we love it: A website dedicated to plant-based meals that require 10 ingredients or less, 1 bowl, or take 30 minutes or less to prepare. If you want a simple, delicious meal that won’t take 6 hours to prepare… you’ve found the right place.
