We write a lot about barbecuing and our favorite recipes, but I want to take some time in the next few weeks to share some healthy, delicious meals that we enjoy preparing at home. I’ve had quiet a few of you reach out asking for simple, healthy meals that you can prepare in your own kitchen. A very easy crowd pleaser is pan seared salmon with sautéed vegetables. While you can choose whichever veggies you’d like, I normally like to do sweet potato, onion, mushrooms, and sometimes some zucchini together. Veggie Stir Fry
If I could have Chinese take out every single night, I probably would. We’re always searching for new ways to make health, Asian inspired dinners. We try to incorporate as many veggies as possible at dinner time. Sometimes we have the stir fried veggies on their own, or serve over a bed of white rice or pan-fried lo mien noddles. Enjoy!
